We require appointments 12 hours in advance for all projects. Each project requires a non-refundable deposit of $10 that will be applied to the final cost of your project.
For groups of 10 or more, we recommend you call ahead to make sure we can accommodate you or contact us here.
When do you offer classes?
Occasionally we will offer workshops in which you will learn to create unique projects. You can follow us on Facebook and Instagram to find out when we will be offering workshops.
For the rest of the time, during regular business hours, you can just walk-in and create whichever project you want out of the ones we have available.
What are your hours?
We are open Tuesday through Friday, from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, and on Saturdays from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Is the DIY Place Florence kid-friendly?
Yes, we are. We love kids and we would love for them to start their love for arts and crafts early in life. We offer projects for all ages. Some of our projects will require the involvement of an adult, but don’t worry, we will guide you.
How long would it take to finish a project?
Most projects will take between an hour and an hour and a half. Some may take 45 minutes. It will depend on your skill level, the project you choose, and how long you want to take. We want you to enjoy your visit, so it will be up to you as to how long it takes.
Is the DIY Place Florence BYOB?
Yes, it is BYOB. However, while the DIY Place Florence is a ‘bring your own beverage establishment’, customers get one complimentary beverage with a valid ID.
Can we book the place for a group event?
Yes, we will host group events, like birthday parties, team-building sessions, and girls/boys’ night, among other things.
For groups creating 10 or more projects, we offer to book our place privately on Sundays and Mondays, based on availability.
For groups creating less than 10 projects, we can accommodate you during regular business hours.
